PRICING AND INFORMATION DISCLAIMER All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, VTD reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and all other circumstances beyond VTD control.
PAYMENT POLICY VTD accepts PayPal and most major credit cards, see-approved list. VTD will accept Money Orders, Cashier checks, and Personal checks. If mailing one of the above payment types please call 781-344-8988 or email sales@valuetechdirect.com to make arrangements. Orders paid for by any type of check or money order will delay product shipment until payment is received and deposit has cleared bank.
STORE SHIP TO LOCATIONS All shipping quoted at “Check Out” is for USA lower 48 states. For AK, HI, PR and all International shipping please email sales@valuetechdirect.com or call 781-344-8988 to request a quote. Please provide complete ship to address including Country, City and Postal Code. PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY for International transactions.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. The “Check Out” fixed price shipping charges are for USA lower 48 states and include all handling charges. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning any item to VTD. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage within 7 days. Any damage reported after 7 days is the responsibility of the owner.
RETURN POLICY VTD offers a limited 7-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges from original purchase are not refundable under any circumstances. Please email the returns department at RMA@valuetechdirect.com or call 781-344-8988 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please provide in the email or have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number, VTD order confirmation number and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST: be 100% percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes. Contain ALL manuals, blank warranty cards, any accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. NON-DEFECTIVE returns cannot be readily accepted by VTD. ALL NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee and must be pre-approved. .Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage within 7 days. Any damage reported after 7 days is the responsibility of the owner.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
